At tiffanylampusa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted lighting. If your new lamp doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully repack the lamp in its original double-walled box with all protective styrofoam inserts to prevent glass breakage during transit.

Ship to Warehouse

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
